Carver City Council approves multiple projects, sets Spring Clean-up

The Carver City Council at a recent meeting approved items related to a number of community projects, and mentioned dates for several other important events.
The council, at its March 18 meeting, approved the final plat for Carver Place, a three-story, 60-unit multi-family housing complex with 1- 2- and 3-bedroom apartments at 1591 Hartwell Dr.
The project is being developed by the Carver County Community Development Agency, with construction scheduled to begin later this year. The structure will be south of Carver Crossing and north of the Oak Tree neighborhood.
