 Residents and businesses in Carver County, MN, benefit from the Community Growth Partnership Initiative, which was created and designed to assist cities and townships in the county with their community and redevelopment goals! The Carver County Community Development Agency (CDA) developed this initiative to assist with funding for affordable housing development, job creation, and community and redevelopment projects that increase the tax base and improve the quality of living here!

Quality of Life Through Community Growth in Carver County!

All cities and townships in Carver County are eligible to participate and benefit from the partnership initiative program, which has a simple application process. Applications are solicited annually and the application and guideline information can be found on the CDA’s website. The maximum awarded for community development projects is $100,000, and the maximum for pre-development projects is $10,000.
